Mature female no none sense aide for a stubborn male with mild dementia

I am seeking an experience patient and kind aide to assist my brother-in-law. He has mild dementia and can be very stubborn with taking his meds and sticking to his diets.  You must have over 10 years experience in this field, with a good reputations , background check, and medically certified by the state. Only serious minded persons with all the requirements may apply. The rate is based on your qualifications and experience.  Will be paid by the state pPP program.
