House Manager - West Orange (Part-Time)

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable House Manager to help keep our home running smoothly. This is not a cleaning position — we have a daily housekeeper — but someone who can oversee the day-to-day operations of our home.

Details:

• Approximately 20 hours/week (Monday-Friday, ~11am-3pm, but we’re flexible).
• Located in West Orange.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing daily operations of the home.
• Grocery shopping and keeping the fridge and pantry stocked.
• Overseeing external vendors (housekeeping, landscaping, tradespeople, etc.).
• Running errands like dry cleaning and personal shopping.
• Assisting with dinner party and holiday planning.
• Home organizing — we moved in about a year ago, so there’s still some settling in to do.
• Note: we have two small dogs, so must be ok with animals

The right person will:

• Have a valid driver’s license, their own reliable vehicle, and references to share.
