Fine here. Check to see if your line is down. Is your cell working? If so, try reporting the outage online.
If your cell phone is connected you can download the My Verizon app and try to reach them via the app.

Before the Ring went down (needs WiFi) we were the 35th neighbor to report Verizon problems, so pretty much not just us...
I had been resetting the router. Turns out, the box in the basement, also has to be reset (unplugged for a minute).
