I planted it within a mix that I ordered. I like it, so I bought 10 pounds of it. There should be a full yard and berm this time next year.
It was too much for me last year. I did ‘only mow once’ this month and it didn’t seem much better than last year. Grew almost the same height as last year twice this year lol
Stuff grew really fast and lush (and early*) this year in Wisconsin. I made it to last weekend. Even after mowing, my lawn is "weedy" (violets, dandelions, plantain, etc. etc.), so there's that.
* "Early," but then i just heard we've been switched from zone 5 to zone 6, so probably more like new normal than early, so much for "climate hoax."
